Felice Law Offices have been operating in Spokane, Washington for over sixty years (60). The office was founded in 1951 by Victor J. Felice, who later went on to become the first United States Federal Magistrate for the Eastern District of Washington. The legal tradition has passed through the family and produced eight practicing attorneys throughout the State of Washington.   Over the years the focus of our practice has evolved into three specialty areas. Representation of individuals and families who have sustained personal injury because of the legal fault of corporations, insurance companies, an individuals  insured by large companies; Criminal Law representing individuals charged with offenses; and most recently our practice has expanded into the area of Social Security disability Law.

How We Represent You

The firm has a long and well respected reputation not only with the clients we have represented over the years but also within the legal community of Spokane, Eastern Washington and the State of Washington. We recognize prospective clients have choices and that while current legal advertising does provide options for legal representation, confusion can arise as to qualifications and the best avenue for assistance in resolving legal disputes. In selecting an attorney to represent you—remember, while any lawyer can advertise their services, not every lawyer is capable of providing you with the same quality of representation. The lawyer whom you choose to represent you should have a reputation for results through, when necessary, the entire litigation process.  For us, reputation and results are primary. Frankly stated, many cases should not be pursued. We take great pride in our reputation not only with the clients we choose to represent but also with our ability to carefully screen and advise clients when their case lacks merit and should not be pursued. We are careful in our selection process which we believe enhances the likelihood of success and the satisfaction of our clients. We take as much pride in Honesty with our clients and satisfaction with our work product is as important to us as the results we achieve. We fully recognize and appreciate the economic disparity existing between individuals having their defense funded by their insurance companies and those who have been injured as a result of legal fault and that such disparity can unfortunately affect the outcome of your case. Having that in mind we are unwilling to compromise expending of  necessary funds to match the economic power of an insurance company once we have decided to undertake representation of a client.

Our results in representing clients in personal injury matters are well recognized and published.  If you are looking for honest and direct answers concerning the quality of your case and our ability to represent you, please give us a call. We are more than willing to preliminarily discuss the merits of your case by phone at no charge to you.
