For 40 years, Roger has vigorously and successfully represented people seriously hurt or killed by defective products, medical malpractice, faulty highway design, negligence, and auto accidents. He fights to recover damages that will help improve their lives after their devastating injuries or losses. In numerous cases, that has meant multi-million-dollar awards.
Roger’s clients can expect close consultation with him in winning a just result in their case, whether by settlement, judgment, or jury verdict. He pursues justice doggedly, including through the state appellate and supreme courts, and has won several landmark and frequently cited appellate decisions—not only winning on his clients’ behalf but also creating new law that protects others going forward.
